Redbox Mobile is pleased to have added three ISO certifications to its business accreditations: ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 45001, (Health & Safety).
For those who are not familiar with ISO standards, think of them as the global best practice formulas for how something should be done, whether that’s helping businesses to work more efficiently and reduce failure or keeping sensitive information secure.
Commenting on the certifications, James Salins CEO of Redbox said: “Achieving these three ISO accreditations was a key target for 2024. Our clients expect us to employ best practices throughout our day-to-day management of their business; these certifications have validated our standards and processes as meeting those expectations. I’m proud of the subtle but definitive changes the team has made to the company’s business processes to meet the standards. An immense amount of energy and organisation, across the business, has gone into achieving this!
Head of Finance and Operations, Rhys Carter added: “ISO is a gold standard and one which any client should expect from a supplier or agency. Brands in the mobile space should be asking the ISO question of prospective partners as it guarantees a level of professionalism, process, and a very high level of data security.”
