As the initial point of contact with new prospects, the ideal BDE possesses a deep understanding of the sales process, excelling in lead research, initiating new relationships, and setting the stage for our growth team's success.

    For the right candidate there is the opportunity to pitch to and develop your own portfolio of small growth clients, in addition to working alongside the Growth Managers on larger client prospects. The BDE should demonstrate rapid adaptability, strong communication abilities, and a knack for building great decks and presenting our solutions compellingly. Each potential customer represents an opportunity to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.

    Role Objectives: Working closely with the CEO, Director of Marketing and New Business, and the broader growth team, your key objectives include:

    • Researching and identifying new prospects globally.
    • Qualifying both inbound and outbound prospects.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Maintaining a robust lead generation pipeline utilising various prospecting tools such as Following up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move them through the

    • Planning and executing email outreach campaigns.
    • Leveraging cold-calling to uncover new growth opportunities.
    • Ensuring the integrity of the CRM database and mailing lists.
    • Cultivating enduring, trust-based relationships with prospects to qualify long-tail leads as potential sales opportunities.
    • Providing regular reports on outreach results on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
    • Collaborating closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop necessary materials supporting your strategies.
    • Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential target markets.
    • Assisting in the development and refinement of sales scripts, email templates, and other outreach materials.
    • Participating in sales meetings, providing insights and feedback on lead quality and conversion rates.
    • Following up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
    • Collaborating with the Growth team to optimise lead handoff processes and ensure seamless transition from prospecting to sales.
    • Staying updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and best practices in sales prospecting and lead generation.
    • Supporting special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director of New Business and Marketing.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of experience in app marketing, app ecosystem or digital agency sales, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Proficiency in app growth performance metrics such as CPI, ROAS, LTV, and their impact on user acquisition and retention strategies for app brands.
    • Strong, persuasive communication skills demonstrated both over the phone and in written correspondence, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a keen analytical mindset to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the sales process.
    • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
    • A collaborative team-player mindset, actively engaging with cross-functional teams to share insights, coordinate efforts, and drive collective success.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools for documentation, reporting, and analysis.
    • Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to learning and implementing new sales techniques and technologies.

    • App Store Screenshots for iOS & Android App Stores.
    • Compelling testing options for AB Testing across Apple’s Product Page Optimisation and Google Store Experiments.
    • In App Event Cards for iOS.
    • Plus, wider creative for paid media across Google Ad Networks, Programmatic & Meta.
    • Outlining, creating and implementing AB Store Experiment.
    • Produce screenshots that will be used in both Google Play and iOS app stores for leading clients across an array of business verticals.
    • Ability to produce eye-catching, engaging content for Redbox Mobile’s social channels.
    • Produce storyboards to gain client approval on creative direction.
    • Ability to work from a creative brief and apply your own creative flair to each output.
    • Create short animations where needed to supplement screenshots (15-30 secs.)
    • Collaborate with our front-end developers to design the look & feel of the website.
    • Maintaining brand consistency for established companies while also encouraging creativity for fresh concepts.

    Wider Responsibilities

    • Stay updated on industry trends.
    • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams, bridging the gap between ASO, Paid, and Creative.
    • Work closely with product development, design, and sales to ensure marketing aligns with overall product strategy.

    Required Skills & Qualifications
