ASO Manager - London
Responsibilities
- Oversee our ASO deliverables as an agency and manage several client accounts, driving ASO projects forward and ensuring overall success
- Working with our clients to Shape and devise an ASO strategy to increase organic download, specific strategy expertise should be around keyword optimisation and conversion rate optimisation for the App and Play Store
- Work with our in-house design team - Plan & Run AB Testing on Google Play and iOS AB Product Page Optimisation
- Work with our Paid Apple Search Ads team to develop Custom Product Page Testing strategies
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven ASO experience with an excellent understanding of ASO best practices & working knowledge of the app store algorithms, optimisation methods and effective strategies for growing app
- Analytical mind with the ability to spot patterns and trends
- Creative thinker, someone who can communicate and guide designers and copywriters
- Strong background in Excel and with 3rd party ASO tools
- Ability to work with precision in a deadline-driven environment
- Must be able to work collaboratively and independently
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbally
- Ideally 18 months to 24 months working at an App business or ASO company / Mobile agency

As part of the Redbox Mobile ASO team, you will be guiding our clients through the process of ASO in the App Store and Google Play Store, identifying areas for improvement and communicating results to our clients, and driving forward our ASO client projects while devising methods and strategies to ensure that future projects are a success
You will be responsible for building & executing the ASO strategy for top-grossing and newly launched apps and games. You will evaluate and identify opportunities where we can increase our conversion rate and improve visibility in the app stores. You will own the entire ASO process from the creative process, to running all tests, to coordinating store changes, and finally reporting on results to stakeholders.

ASO - Account Executive - London
Your key remit will include:
Working under the guidance of the Head of Commercial and the ASO Lead in London:
- Maintaining strong working relationships with a large variety of mobile app clients
- Becoming an industry expert in ASO and Apple Search Ads / Google App Campaigns
Role & Responsibility
- Learning the core functions or ASO including interpreting and analysing app store performance
- Performing market, situational and competitor analysis for clients
- Assisting in making ASO recommendations to clients
- Learning how to plan, execute & analysis A/B ASO experiments
- Keeping up to date with the latest developments in the app stores
- Becoming an expert in the App Store and Google Play Store.

Sales Account Manager - London
Scope of the role
- Responsible for selling directly to mobile app clients to use Redbox for ASO & ASA, as well as Google App Campaigns and social campaigns
- Reporting directly to Commercial Head of Agency & CEO
- Management of own sales pipeline, proactively seeking new leads and opportunities.
- There will also be some incoming warm leads driven by marketing and social activity
- Developing new business relationships with leading app developers within major verticals
- On-boarding period – full support and training programme given by experienced personnel
Key responsibilities
- Generating new business leads and identifying sales opportunities
- Signing New ASO business
- Signing New ASA Clients
- Signing new Google app Campaign clients & wider social campaigns
- Actively and successfully managing the sales process from lead generation, negotiation and closing, to handover successfully to the account managers in the team
- Preparation and responsibility for proposals, insertion orders, contracts and supporting documentation
- Manage all admin and ensuring all prospects / pipeline is kept up to date
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by working closely with AM’s, Marketing and Product
- Achieving or exceeding personal targets agreed with management
- Working with the Marketing department to ensure consistency of communication and providing feedback for campaigns, events, and marketing planning
- Providing accurate and regular reports to management

Key skills and experience
- 2 years sales experience working within digital or mobile advertising area, media owner or agency.

- Knowledge of and contacts within US + Key European territories.
