Customer Success Executive - Hungerford
Redbox Mobile PLC started as a Digital Marketing Agency for apps in 2013, specialising in App Store Optimisation (ASO), but fast forward eight years and we have an Account Management team in London that uses propriety technology to manage Apple Search Ads campaigns on behalf of clients (including The Wall Street Journal, Global Radio brands, Unibet, Betway). Our development team is based in Hungerford, Berkshire and this is where the Customer Success Executive role will be based.
We have two products, The Redbox Toolbox and The Redbox Platform. The Redbox Toolbox is available on iOS and macOS and is an ASO tool for iOS developers with a limited budget while our primary offering The Redbox Platform is a web-based application that aims to make Apple Search Ads campaign creation, management and analysis easy. With an increasing user base, comprised of both Account Managers and iOS app developers, we need a Customer Success Executive to manage the onboarding and ongoing support required by both user types.

- Manage the onboarding of new users
- Be the point of contact for users, including responding to user queries and supporting their experience of the product
- Raise bugs and feature requests
- Communicate user feedback to the Product Owner
- Provide Marketing with information on key features of new functionality
- Demo new features to users
- Occasional travel to our London office to meet with the Account Managers (travel expenses covered by the company)
- Two days a week in the office, the remaining days are home-based
